Project Pan 2026: May and June Empties
It’s been a while Lemon8 family!! The end of the school year has been chaos between finishing up my first year as a teacher and grad school classes.
I haven’t been getting through as much as I would like, but hopefully that changes in July!
Stay tuned for July’s products, a lot are the same from May and June with some new ones in the mix👀

Sharing my experience with finishing several beauty products during May and June has truly been enlightening for my skincare routine. One standout for me was the almond milk & manuka honey body scrub, which offered a soothing and calming effect thanks to its nourishing glycerin and camellia extract. While the scent wasn’t my favorite, I appreciated how it gently exfoliated and protected my skin barrier, making it softer and smoother over time. The Tahitian vanilla bean moisturizing shave oil was another gem in my empties. I noticed it really helped soothe the skin and reduce irritation after shaving, which is a game-changer during warmer months. Plus, its light vanilla scent made it enjoyable to use regularly. However, not every product was a hit. The hemp seed buttercream moisturizer had a texture and scent that didn’t quite work for me—something to consider if you prefer lighter or more traditional cream formulas. But on the bright side, my daily UV defense sunscreen with broad spectrum SPF 36 from InnisFree proved perfect for daily wear. It didn’t leave a white cast and gave my skin a healthy glow, which has been essential for outdoor days. I also loved revisiting the green tea caffeine bright-eye serum, which has become my go-to for keeping under-eye tiredness at bay. Its refreshing effect and brightening benefits fit right into my daily self-care routine. Project Pan is such a helpful way to really get to know what products I truly enjoy and want to repurchase versus those that just don’t fit my preferences. Sharing these empties not only motivates me to stay committed but also helps others discover gems and make informed skincare choices. Looking forward to seeing how my July empties will compare, especially as I try to balance teaching, grad school, and self-care more effectively.
