Cheeseburger burrito! 🍔🌯

I was so proud of myself for this one! 🤣

I made a cheeseburger with lean ground beef. I cut it up and put onions on top, cherry tomatoes, mustard, and light mayo. Then I wrapped it up in a leaf of iceberg lettuce! 🙌🏼

This ended at 322 calories with 24 grams of protein! Of course you can add or subtract any ingredients. 💪🏼

To enhance this recipe, consider using low-fat cheeses, which can add creaminess without significantly increasing calories. You can also experiment by adding different vegetables, like avocados or jalapeños, to give it an extra kick. If you are looking for other low-calorie meal ideas, incorporating lean proteins like turkey or chicken can be a great option. Think about meal prepping to simplify your weekdays, and pair this dish with a side of fresh salsa for added flavor. Using lettuce wraps instead of tortillas is not just healthy; it also packs more nutrients without the added carbs. Don’t forget to consider your macronutrients—balancing proteins, fats, and carbohydrates helps maintain energy levels throughout the day, especially if you’re on a fitness journey or aiming for a caloric deficit. Making smart ingredient choices and being aware of portion sizes can lead you to a successful low-calorie lifestyle while enjoying flavorful meals.
