Rating Supplement & Wellness Drinks
I rated just some of my supplement drinm stash! All of these products are a step above your normal drinks because they offer health benefits as well. Honestly supplement drinks can be very pricey so I wanted to give you some of my opinions so hopefully if you are considering any of these you have some second opinions!
I have a lot more I could rate, this is just a start, if you want to see more let me know!

Building on my initial ratings, I wanted to dive deeper into how I evaluate wellness and supplement drinks, especially with so many brands like Ryze Superfoods gaining popularity. It's not just about taste, although that's definitely a factor; it's about understanding what you're putting into your body and if it truly aligns with your health goals. I've personally tried so many, and trust me, not all are created equal! First off, when choosing a wellness drink, identifying your specific health goal is crucial. Are you looking to boost "gut health" with something like Feel Goods Gut Guardian Lemon Ginger? Or perhaps an "anti-aging" drink like Pique B.T Fountain Beauty Electrolyte is more your speed for skin support? Maybe you need a calming evening ritual with Moon Juice Magnesi-Om Berry Calm, or an energy boost without the crash, similar to what Plexus Active offers. For me, connecting the drink to a clear purpose helps narrow down the overwhelming options. Next, I always scrutinize the ingredients. Brands like Ryze Superfoods are known for incorporating powerful components like mushrooms and adaptogens into their "mushroom coffee" blends, aiming for benefits beyond just a caffeine kick. But it’s essential to look beyond the marketing. What specific type of mushrooms are they using? Are there added sugars or artificial ingredients? For "electrolytes" drinks like Feel Goods Hydration Hero Lemon Lime, I check for actual mineral content versus just flavorings. The devil is truly in the details when it comes to supplement quality. Many promise to be "toxin-free drinks," but a quick glance at the label will tell you a lot. My personal experience has taught me that taste can be subjective, and sometimes, the most beneficial drinks aren't always the most delicious. Take "Ryze Mushroom Coffee," for example; while packed with organic mushrooms and adaptogens, its taste wasn't my favorite, despite its potential benefits. On the other hand, "Sprout Living Epic Protein Complete Coffee" got a 10/10 for taste, making it an easy addition to my routine. You might find a "weird berry taste" like in the "Sprout Living Colorful Beauty Adaptogenic Drink Mix" that you unexpectedly crave, or a mild, pleasant one such as in the "Pique B.T Fountain." It’s a balance, and sometimes the health benefits outweigh a less-than-perfect flavor profile, especially if you can get past a salty taste in an "electrolytes" drink or minor "dissolution issues" with a "gut health" blend. Finally, let's talk about the price. As I mentioned in my initial ratings, supplement drinks can be "very pricey." This is where value for money comes in. Is a pricey "Hydration Hero" or "Plexus Active" worth it for the benefits it provides? I weigh the cost against how essential the ingredients are for my health, the quality of sourcing, and the concentration of active components. Sometimes, investing in a higher-quality product makes sense if it genuinely delivers results and supports a specific health goal, like "anti-aging" or improved focus from "mushroom coffee." My journey to finding the 'best' wellness drinks for my routine is ongoing, but these principles help me make informed choices and hopefully, they can guide you too!

Ryze is 100% an acquired taste. 😅 Thank you for this though! Saving to try some that taste better.. 😂🫶🏻
