Traveling with big groups
How did we get so many people on a trip and we stayed in one cabin?
1. Plan it out: we searched for a cabin big enough for all adults (couples) to have their own rooms. Girls had the room with bunk beds and boys slept on the pull out couches
2. Make sure too book in enough time where everyone can make payments on lodging
3. Plan out the activities so that people know how
Much money they are expected to spend
4. We put in money for groceries so we wouldn’t be eating out everyday
5. We had fun

Traveling with a big group can be a rewarding experience, creating memories that last a lifetime. To maximize enjoyment, effective planning is key. Start by determining everyone's preferences and availability, ensuring that everyone is involved in choosing the destination. Research suitable accommodations that can comfortably house all guests. Options like cabins or vacation rentals with ample space for socializing and relaxation can enhance the experience. Activity planning is crucial; it’s important to create a balanced itinerary that includes free time along with organized activities to keep the group engaged. Recommendations include outdoor adventures, cultural excursions, or relaxed days at the beach. Additionally, consider budget-friendly options by sharing costs for meals and activities. Bringing groceries can substantially cut expenses and allow for more flexible dining arrangements. Utilize group chat apps for real-time communication and updates to keep everyone informed. It's also helpful to set up a shared document where members can view the itinerary, proposed expenses, and any necessary payments. This transparency fosters a collaborative atmosphere and makes everyone feel included in the planning process. Finally, be prepared for unexpected changes; flexibility can turn potential stress into spontaneous fun, ensuring your trip is enjoyable for all. With these tips in mind, your large group trip can be filled with laughter, bonding, and unforgettable experiences.
