Just as seeds planted deep underground need time and darkness to sprout, our struggles and waiting periods are often part of a larger purpose working behind the scenes. I've found that staying grounded through prayer, meditation, or quiet reflection helps me maintain my faith and keep perspective, even when external circumstances seem stagnant. One powerful practice is to remind oneself daily, "Quiet doesn’t mean forgotten." This mindset fosters patience and soft strength—qualities that become evident only when we choose peace over panic. In moments of doubt, I often recall how many breakthroughs in my life happened after a period of stillness, not in the midst of noise or chaos. Believing that God is continuously at work has helped me overcome anxiety and embrace a calm trust in divine timing.
