Let’s talk

Let’s talk about misalignment and contradiction.

Have you ever heard someone say, “Well, let me know if it works for you, and then I’ll try”? That’s where misalignment comes in. To manifest what you want, you first have to believe it’s possible for you. Not just saying, “Oh, yeah, I prayed for it,” but holding that unwavering faith that it will happen.

Misalignment happens when we follow our desires with limiting beliefs. For example, saying, “I want a Christmas bonus, but my company doesn’t offer that.” Everything after the “but” is a limiting belief, a block that creates misalignment between what you want and what you actually believe is possible.

Then there’s contradiction—when you say you want something but immediately give a reason why you can’t have it. Like, “I can’t receive a Christmas bonus because my company doesn’t offer that.” In saying this, you’re placing limits on the miracles God can work in your life.

✨ Start aligning with your desires and stop contradicting yourself. ✨

Here’s a quick exercise: make a list of your desires. Then, note any limiting beliefs or contradictions that come up around them. Ask yourself, “Where am I restricting what’s possible?”

Challenge yourself to find reasons why miracles can happen. Remember, alignment means removing the blocks that keep you from believing in all that’s possible for you.

... Read moreBuilding on what we discussed about misalignment and contradiction, it’s clear that truly manifesting your desires goes beyond just wishing for them – it requires a deep dive into your own belief system. If you've ever felt like you're caught in a loop, saying you want something but subconsciously believing you can't have it, you're not alone. I've found that the real magic happens when you actively work to overcome these internal blocks. So, how do we actually overcome these misalignment issues and limiting beliefs? Here are a few practical tips that have made a huge difference for me, pushing past the typical advice to truly shift my mindset: 1. Journal Your Limiting Beliefs – and Their Origins: The article suggested listing your desires and beliefs, but let's go deeper. Once you identify a limiting belief (like 'I can't get a promotion because my company never promotes internally'), ask yourself: When did I first start believing this? Is there concrete evidence in my own life that this is 100% true, or is it based on someone else's experience or a fear? Often, these beliefs are deeply ingrained from childhood, past failures, or societal conditioning. Understanding their root helps to disarm them. For example, I realized my fear of public speaking stemmed from a single awkward presentation in high school, not actual incompetence. 2. Challenge and Reframe Your 'Buts': The article rightly pointed out that everything after 'but' is a limiting belief. Instead of ending with 'but', try to reframe it into a question or an empowering statement. For example, instead of 'I want a Christmas bonus, but my company doesn't offer that,' try: 'I want a Christmas bonus, and I wonder how I can create value that makes it undeniable for my company to reward me, or find opportunities where such bonuses are standard.' This shifts you from victimhood to active problem-solving and opens up new possibilities. 3. Consistent, Felt-Sense Affirmations: It’s not enough to just repeat affirmations mindlessly. To overcome misalignment, your affirmations need to resonate emotionally. Choose an affirmation that directly counters a limiting belief (e.g., 'I am worthy of abundance' if you have money mindset blocks). Then, as you say it, try to feel the truth of it in your body. Imagine what it feels like to already have that abundance. Visualization combined with affirmation is incredibly powerful for reprogramming your subconscious. 4. Take Micro-Actions Towards Your Desires: Sometimes, the biggest block isn't a belief, but a lack of momentum. If you want a new career, but believe you're not qualified, take one tiny, non-threatening step: update your LinkedIn profile, research one online course, or simply talk to someone in that field. These small actions build confidence and provide tangible evidence that your desires are achievable, slowly eroding the limiting belief that you 'can't'. **5. Practice Gratitude for What Is Possible:** Shifting your focus from what you lack to what you already have, or what is already going well, can significantly impact your alignment. Dedicate a few minutes each day to genuinely feel grateful. This positive emotional state makes you more receptive to opportunities and reinforces the belief that good things happen to you, counteracting the negativity that fuels misalignment. It’s a powerful way to remind yourself that miracles are indeed happening all around you, even if they're small ones. By consistently applying these tips, you'll find yourself moving from a place of contradiction to one of empowered creation.
