It’s June 1st, new month. New day. Brand new beginnings!
I’ve been procrastinating BAD!
For about 2 year now I’d say😅 ..
Here are my rules.
1.) no soda.
2.) no alcohol.
3.) 2-3 liters of water a day.
4.) 16hrs fast daily.
5.) eat well.
6.) 30-45min exercise or movement.
7.) weigh in once a week.
