How to lose weight instantly

💪🏻 okay im going to let you in on a huge secret…. This is not how it works.

💪🏻if you saw this an instantly clicked I am so here for you. I was in the same boat. My transformation has been over a year and I’m still working towards my goals. You are not looking at an overnight weight loss kind of transformation. The times I did lose a good amount in a few months I quickly gained it back and then some. It’s not realistic. Here are some things I did to make it sustainable!

👟moved 30 minutes a day a light walk to start I was too heavy to lift weights on top of the weight I carried

👟mindful eating focusing on when I was full not over eating

👟 letting myself get hungry not eating to eat (I was an emotional bored eater)

👟 change my thinking! It really affects how I lost. I didn’t beat myself up over little things

👟 tried to push myself a little more everytime a few extra blocks here and there

👟 progress pics helped me see I was changing

👟learn to love myself!

💛 I love the girl in the second pic. She has been through so much and had the strength and motivation to start changing her life, she also had the discipline to not give up!!

... Read moreLosing weight is often depicted as an instant process, but the reality is vastly different. Many people find themselves on a rollercoaster of losing and regaining weight. A sustainable approach involves committing to long-term lifestyle changes rather than short-term diets. One effective strategy is incorporating daily movement into your routine. Start with simple activities like walking or light exercises, which can gradually enhance your fitness level. Consistency is key—aiming for at least 30 minutes of movement each day can help boost your metabolism and improve your overall health. Mindful eating is another essential aspect of maintaining a healthy weight. By paying attention to your hunger cues and stopping when you feel full, you can avoid overeating. Recognizing emotional triggers for eating is crucial; consider finding alternative stress-relief strategies that do not involve food. Additionally, changing your mindset can have a profound impact on your weight loss journey. Instead of focusing solely on the scale, celebrate small victories and progress. Keeping track of your journey through progress photos can provide motivation and help you see the changes that may not be immediately apparent. Ultimately, loving yourself through the process is vital. Embrace your journey, appreciate your strength, and stay dedicated to your goals. Remember, lasting weight loss is about progress, not perfection!
