Why is American breakfast so damn bad for you. Like when it comes down to being healthy breakfast is the first meal of the day - I don’t want something sweet all the time - eggs are cool but can I get some extra nutrition in my life.

So I love me a vegetarian breakfast because it’s always creative nutritious and heavy on the visual appeal.
