It’s a storyline the NBA has never really had before, and it would capture the heart of the locals immediately. While there's talk of other developments, like what Oak View Group might build, T-Mobile Arena already exists and has proven its capability for major sporting events. Imagine the atmosphere for an NBA Finals game there! The OCR vividly paints a picture of Toshiba Plaza during such an event – it would be insane! While Bill Foley's Golden Knights experience showed us what's possible, an NBA team could bring its own unique flavor.
