San Diego, CA🌞
San Diego is one of my favorite places I’ve been. I just love the chill beach vibes, I loved every second there!
🌞 Day 1: I explored Balboa park & walked around Gaslamp Quarter while I waited for my fiancé. Once we were able to meet up we went to a beach, grabbed a quick bite and went to our Airbnb to rest for the night!
🌞 Day 2: this is when the fun really started! We grabbed breakfast at Donut Bar & Bakery where they had the biggest donuts I’ve ever seen, with lots of fun flavors. We went to Balboa Park but this time together! We walked through the cactus garden and some shops and just enjoyed people watching. Then we went to La Jolla and tried surfing. I almost drowned a few times, but it was so much fun! We walked around the cove and got to see lots of sea lions! We ate dinner at Blue Ocean Sushi & Grill and it was so yummy.
🌞 Day 3: we had breakfast at @Swami's Cafe Escondido and this was also very tasty. We visited Balboa park once more, this time going to the San Diego Zoo which is freaking massive! We stayed until we no longer could stand to walk and still had so much of the zoo left to see! Afterwards we to Japanese Friendship Garden and Museum and it was beautiful here! To end the night we went to the beach one last time, had dinner and ate insomnia cookies for dessert!
This was such a short trip but I still enjoyed it so so much, and I can’t wait to go back for longer next time!💙
