Self Care Book About Self 📚

I have to start back writing in my book. It’s literally 2000 questions you have to answer about yourself 😌 deep questions, funny questions, trauma questions, love questions! I mean it’s 2000 questions, a great way to learn yourself better and help figure YOU out .

I’m going to set a goal to at least answer 5-10 questions a day .

I said once I’m finished when I get into a relationship I would let my mate read it to better understand me. 🥰

Often, we carry unspoken stories and beliefs that influence our present, and bringing them to light through guided reflection is the first step towards understanding and growth. My personal goal of tackling 5-10 questions a day is one of those actionable methods I’m embracing. It’s not about rushing through them, but about creating a consistent practice. Here are a few tips I've found helpful to maximize this experience: Create Your Sanctuary: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted. Maybe light a candle, make a cup of tea – set the mood for introspection. This helps signal to your brain that it's time for focused thought and reflection. Be Brutally Honest (with yourself!): There’s no right or wrong answer, and no one else needs to see your responses unless you choose to share them. This is your safe space to explore without judgment. Let your thoughts flow freely, even if they seem messy at first. Pace Yourself: Five to ten questions might not seem like many, but some questions can spark deep contemplation. If one question truly resonates or triggers a significant memory, allow yourself to explore it fully, even if it means answering fewer questions that day. Quality over quantity is key for true recognition and insight. Revisit Your Answers: This is crucial for recognizing patterns and changes in your personal narratives. After a few weeks or months, go back and re-read some of your earlier responses. You might be surprised at how much you've grown, or how your perspective on a past event has evolved.
