No Meat Meal Ideas

I’m doing a no meat diet . No time frame lol I might do a month tho

This was really good and simple . Broccoli, red potatoes, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers & minced garlic.

I was going to grill them but got lazy, so I just seasoned and mixed everything together then put it in the oven . I did let the potatoes, onions and bell peppers cook about 15-20 minutes first then added the broccoli and mushrooms because they cook fast and don’t have to cook that long .

Also, I added some olive oil on the potatoes before putting them in the oven so they Wouldn’t be dry . ☺️
