ASHWAGANDHA TEA?
I’ve been hearing so much about ASHWAGANDHA HERBS 🌿
I’ve only tried it in a pill form. I wasn’t or havent been consistent with using it tho . So I can’t say how it made me feel .
I’ve heard it makes you say FUXK THE WORLD LOL, it keeps you calm, it helps w fertility, calms nervous system etc .
I was at a herb store the other day and seen the natural herb so I got some. I’m trying it now as a tea . It kinda has a bitter taste to it, I mixed mine w a mint green tea. 🍵 I simply boiled it for about 10 minutes and drained the herbs .🌿
Im going to try to stay consistent with drinking it to see how it makes me feel .
Have you tried ASHWAGANDHA before ? How did it make you feel ??
Hey everyone! So, like many of you, I've been seeing Ashwagandha everywhere and hearing about its amazing benefits for stress, calm, and even fertility. While the original post talks about brewing tea from the raw dried ashwagandha root pieces, many people wonder about the convenience of ashwagandha tea bags. Let me share my thoughts and a bit more about both options! Ashwagandha Tea Bags vs. Brewing from Root: What's the Difference? When you're searching for ashwagandha tea bag, you're likely looking for a quick and easy way to get your daily dose. Tea bags are super convenient – just drop one in hot water, steep, and you're good to go. They often contain a pre-measured amount of powdered ashwagandha or a blend. This makes them ideal for busy mornings or when you're on the go. However, sometimes the potency can vary, and you might not get the full spectrum of compounds that come from the whole root. On the other hand, brewing from dried ashwagandha root pieces, like the author did, gives you more control. You can see and smell the actual herb, and many believe it offers a more potent and authentic experience. The process involves boiling in water for a longer period, extracting more of the beneficial compounds. It can be a little more time-consuming, and as the original post mentioned, the taste can be quite bitter on its own. Tips for Enjoying Your Ashwagandha Tea (Whether from Root or Bag!) If you're using ashwagandha tea bags, always check the ingredients. Some might have added flavors, while others are pure ashwagandha. For brewing from dried ashwagandha root pieces, I've found that combining it with other herbs is key to mellowing out that bitter taste. Mint, ginger, lemon, or even a cinnamon stick can make a huge difference. A touch of honey or maple syrup also helps! Just like the original poster, I've tried mixing it with mint green tea, and it really does make it more palatable. You can also experiment with making a larger batch and storing it in the fridge for a few days. My Experience and Why Consistency Matters I've tried both the ashwagandha root herbal supplement capsules and the tea. What I've learned is that consistency is absolutely crucial. Just like the author, I wasn't super consistent with the pills, so it was hard to tell if they were working. With tea, it becomes a ritual, which can actually help with consistency. I've personally noticed a subtle calming effect after about two weeks of daily ashwagandha tea. It's not a magic bullet, but it helps me feel a bit more grounded during stressful days. Remember, everyone's body reacts differently. While many tout ashwagandha for its adaptogenic properties – helping the body cope with stress – it's always a good idea to chat with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your routine, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. Happy brewing, and I hope you find the calm you're looking for!

Hey there. How did it work for you?
