Fall gym outfit inspo🤎🍒🍁

Fall is coming which means fall gym outfits are coming too! I absolutely love the fall weather, food, drinks, outfits, and obviously the gym fits too which is why I’m sharing these super cute fall themed sets from LSKD✨

The first set is the Dark Cherry set from LSKD and I am wearing a size XS in the tank and a S in the shorts as I am a little more curvier in the bottom part of my body. The material of this set is SUPER soft, but also manages to dry sweat quickly which is important in the gym.

The second set is the Rust set from LSKD and I am wearing an XS in the sportsbra and a S in the shorts! If you’re a bit more curvy in the chest area I highly recommend sizing up as this top can be a bit tight! Other than that, it is very comfortable to workout in. I loved pairing this set with a white shrug from Amazon that I could easily take off after warming up and stretching. It added a little bit of extra cuteness to the fit⭐️

Shoes: In both outfits I am wearing the Nike Pegasus 41 in the blue print color way! These shoes have been my go to gym shoe as I can run and lift in them👟

I've found that a good base layer that wicks sweat, like the tanks I mentioned, is crucial. Then, adding a light, breathable long-sleeve top or a stylish shrug (like my Amazon find!) allows you to adapt easily as you warm up or cool down. For those crisp morning walks or outdoor runs, a lightweight, wind-resistant jacket is a game changer. Look for options with reflective details if you're out early or late – safety first! When it comes to fabrics, don't just think sweat-wicking. For fall, I also love activewear that offers a bit more warmth without being bulky. Brushed interior fabrics or thicker leggings can make a huge difference in comfort, especially if your gym is on the cooler side or you're transitioning from indoors to out. And let's not forget about socks! A good pair of moisture-wicking athletic socks can prevent blisters and keep your feet cozy in your Nike Pegasus or other sneakers. Embracing fall colors – deep reds, burnt oranges, forest greens, and rich browns – can also add a fun seasonal touch to your activewear. It’s amazing how a new color palette can sometimes give me that extra boost of motivation to hit the gym. But beyond aesthetics, thinking about the functionality of your fall activewear is key. For instance, if you're planning on doing more outdoor activities, consider leggings with pockets for your phone or keys, or a sports bra with extra support if you're going for higher impact activities like trail running. I also find that having a dedicated 'fall gym outfit' rotation helps me stay on track. Instead of just throwing on any old t-shirt, I make sure I have a few go-to combinations ready. This makes getting dressed for the gym feel less like a chore and more like an exciting start to my workout. Don't be afraid to mix and match pieces from different brands, too! Sometimes my favorite looks come from pairing a high-quality sports bra with more budget-friendly leggings, or vice-versa. And for those days when the 'autumn falls' really start sending a chill, don't underestimate the power of a warm-up. A cozy hoodie or a pair of sweatpants worn over your activewear on the way to the gym can make getting there much more pleasant. You can shed them once you're inside and ready to go. Remember, the goal is to feel comfortable and confident, so you can focus on your workout, not your wardrobe. Staying active through fall is fantastic, and having the right gear just makes it even better!
