Is it worth it? I came across an ad about it a while back and started looking into it. What I got out of it was that you sign up to get the Gemini Credit Card and wait for a couple days to come in the mail. Before you make any purchases you need to choose which crypto you want to invest your cash back money in, for me I chose XRP and they have many more options to choose from. It also shows you the percentage in certain purchases of cash back you get. Whenever you make a purchase it automatically buys wherever the price of the crypto it was in. For me I got 94 cents in XRP and that day it was around 2.90 something I believe, that day I put $23 of gas. After that I saw it didn’t put in right away, the reason was it was doing its own reviewing of the purchase and came in after a week I think. You can also buy and sell any cryptos in the app which is pretty cool.
In my situation my bank isn’t a verified bank which I couldn’t do any of my payments through the app. Luckily they take checks so I ended up writing a check and sending it to them and it passed through successfully! I been emailing them about getting my account verified, I gave them most of the information needed and in the end I got busy with life and haven’t gave them the last few stuff they needed. Hopefully I’ll get time to get it all figured out.
In the end, make sure you have everything sorted out on your banking to be able to make your payments. I think it’s worth the shot to look into, there’s also videos on YouTube who explain a little more detail about the Gemini Credit Card. Sadly in my situation it wasn’t easy.
