By regularly producing high-quality content that resonates with your audience, you build a portfolio that brands will take notice of. Another effective strategy is to actively engage with brands by tagging them in your posts. This not only acknowledges their products but also makes your content visible to their followers, increasing your reach. Be authentic in your interactions; brands prefer creators who genuinely admire their products. Besides content quality, consider expanding your niche appeal. Brands are always on the lookout for influencers who can connect with diverse audiences. Adapt your content to cater to various interests—be it beauty tutorials, fitness routines, or gaming streams—this broadens your potential to attract brand collaborations. Manifesting your desire to work with a particular brand can also be beneficial. Showcase their products in relation to your content, which helps in positioning yourself as a brand advocate. Engaging with their social media posts or joining their brand ambassador programs can further your chances of being noticed. Ultimately, building trustworthy relationships with brands is about mutual recognition. Always acknowledge the brands you love, and in return, they will recognize your efforts. This year, take the leap and actively seek out PR opportunities by showcasing your creativity and professionalism!

Question what if I am making a video for a particular brand - then I’m not sure tagging brands is a good idea - so I guess as an affiliate I will need to make videos that don’t have a product link ?
