... Read moreAs a new mother, finding tasty and effective ways to support milk production can be challenging. Lactation brownies have become a popular favorite because they combine comfort food with ingredients known to promote lactation. One key ingredient often used is brewer’s yeast, which is rich in B vitamins and minerals that may help increase milk supply. Legendairy Milk offers a high-quality brewer’s yeast specifically blended for nursing moms, which adds a nutritional boost to any lactation recipe. I first tried making lactation brownies with regular brewer’s yeast, but switching to Legendairy Milk’s version made a noticeable difference—not only in how the brownies tasted but also in how my milk supply responded. These brownies served as a delicious snack that made the sometimes monotonous routine of nursing more enjoyable. Plus, the convenience of having a snack that doubles as a supply booster was a game changer during busy days. For first-time moms (FTMs) or anyone navigating postpartum recovery, incorporating lactation treats like these brownies can feel empowering. They're easy to make and provide a sense of nurturing yourself and your baby simultaneously. Being a boy mom myself, these treats added some sweetness to sleepless nights and long nursing sessions. Using the 15% off link to Legendairy Milk helped me access quality ingredients without stretching my budget during this new phase of life. If you’re exploring natural ways to support breastfeeding, these lactation brownies could be a delicious addition to your routine. Remember that while such foods can support milk production, staying hydrated, eating a balanced diet, and consulting healthcare providers are essential parts of postpartum care. Sharing your journey with fellow moms through communities like Lemon8Diary and hashtags like #postpartum and #ftm can also provide encouraging support and ideas. Enjoy your baking, and here’s to happy, healthy breastfeeding journeys!

I couldn't for the life of me find a recipe that didn't make brownies come out cakey, so I made my own!!! • 1 bag Bob's Red Mill Fudgy Brownie Mix • a stick (or 1/2 cup) of melted butter (I use Country Crock dairy-free butter) • 2 eggs • 1/4 cup brewer's yeast • 1/8 cup ground flaxseed • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use the dairy free ones!) make sure you mix this with the melted butter to make like a chocolate syrup!!! The consistency when all mixed should be thick like cake batter. Bake at 325 for 23 minutes!! It might seem raw at first but let them cool and they'll be super fudgy!!
