It takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to make it a lifestyle.

I started 2024 traveling to Arizona to finish my clinical requirements for Grad School. I took a 2 term academic hiatus for maternity leave. As a first time parent returning, a slow start January was highly needed because I was on go. I am learning to give myself grace and not to put too much on my plate. I have successfully completed my requirements for Clinicals.
