this is how I survive my mornings with 4 kids 👀☕️

3/26 Edited to

... Read moreHaving four kids means my mornings can be overwhelming, but I've found that starting the day with a strong coffee ritual helps me stay grounded and ready for the chaos. I love making iced coffee at home, which is not only refreshing but also energizes me through the busy hours ahead. Using quality coffee like Starbucks or Pexstone brands ensures that my coffee at home tastes just as good, if not better, than what you'd get from a café. My morning survival strategy involves prepping some elements the night before, such as setting out my coffee supplies and organizing the kids’ clothes and breakfast items. This way, I can quickly make a morning coffee—often an iced version for an energizing twist—and simultaneously manage the little ones. Staying calm and maintaining a routine is key; coffee acts as a small but vital ritual that signals the start of the day and gives me moments to regroup. As a stay-at-home mom, balancing the needs of four kids and managing household chores requires energy and patience. Coffee is more than a drink; it’s a mini self-care practice that allows me to feel a sense of normalcy and to prepare for the challenges ahead. Sharing these tips and my love for coffee is a way to connect with other parents navigating the morning hustle, reminding us that a little caffeine and preparation can make all the difference.
