My famous banana pudding recipe🥰

🧾 Ingredients

½ box instant banana pudding mix

½ box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

½ can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

1 tsp vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 container Cool Whip (8 oz, thawed)

4–5 ripe bananas (sliced)

1 package Pepperidge Farm Chessmen Cookies

Caramel sauce (for drizzle)

🥣 Instructions

1. Pudding base

Whisk together:

2 cups cold milk

½ banana pudding mix

½ vanilla pudding mix

Let it thicken (3–5 mins).

2. Add depth

Mix in condensed milk + vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Cream cheese fluff

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Fold in half the Cool Whip.

Combine this with the pudding mixture.

4. Finish it

Fold in remaining Cool Whip gently → light, fluffy texture.

🍰 Assemble (this part matters 👀)

In a dish:

1. Bottom layer: chessman cookies

2. Drizzle caramel lightly (not too much or it’ll get soggy)

3. Banana slices

4. Pudding layer

Repeat layers.

Top layer:

Add a final layer of pudding

Line up whole chessman cookies on top (cute + classy)

Drizzle caramel across the top

Sprinkle leftover cookies for final pizazz

Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours (overnight = BEST)

Cookies soften into that cake-like texture 😩
