You gotta start somewhere

I started paying attention to ingredient labels and the amount of junk they add in food is scary.

These are a few of my favorite items I have tried to make myself so still cure my cravings without the additional unnecessary ingredients.

I am sharing my ideas because when I started I didn’t know where to even begin…hopefully this will find those who are looking for inspiration like I was.

I’d also love to see ideas too!

Similarly, you can whip up delicious chocolate-covered strawberries, ensuring only the best quality chocolate is used. Homemade garlic bread is another delightful treat that you can customize to your taste. Exploring recipes for copycat egg bites can help recreate this convenient breakfast option, providing you with a nutritious start to your day. My husband has diabetes and chronic kidney disease so I make almost everything we consume including bread, sandwich buns, sugar free muffins; just to avoid all the additives, dyes and chemicals. Once you get started it’s not that bad. Try to look at it as a challenge.
