This doesn’t mean giving up your voice but prioritizing self-care over conflict. Remember, it’s okay to walk away from situations that escalate your anxiety. Not every argument needs a conclusion; sometimes, silence and distance are the healthiest answers. Embracing this approach has helped me cultivate calmer relationships and a more peaceful mindset overall.
