Journaling

First I want to say that I haven’t touched this book since 2021 . I’m not starting back to be apart of the “it girl” club but b/c I really need an outlet . I’m known to keep stuff to myself & let it build up until I spazz. Also , I criticize myself bad & I need to stop. So , wish me luck as I go on this emotional roller coaster w/ myself .
