Shrimp/Salad/Rice Bowl 🍤Recipe!🥗
In a pan take 4 tbsp of butter and a tablespoon of Pesto in a pan and mix until butter is melted.
Add in a 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
Add in a bag of frozen (medium sized) 🍤 shrimp.
over the top seasonings use Old Bay, onion powder, and garlic salt! (Cook throughly-only take a few minutes in the pan)
Cook up your rice (I did the rice cups from Walmart)
Salad spring mix, cashews, tomatoes, smoked cheddar slices.
Over the top some spicy mayo, hoisin sauce and lemon wedge!
