🍽️ Chicken/Veggies/Rice, Chicken Alfredo! 🍗 Recipe!
Okay so tonight dinner was a little chaotic.
My husband and son had a banquet tonight! The girls and I are home but wanted different things haha so I pulled out the chef 👨🍳 hat. lol
Chicken/veggies/rice 🍚🥦 🥕 🍗
-Chicken is cooked in chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, old bay, onion powder, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, and pepper! &a scoop of cheater salsa on top! (check out previous posts for recipe!)
-I cook it in the pan then pull it out and while it’s resting* I added in the broccoli and carrots into the remaining broth and cooked up the veggies!
-Made a 60 second rice cup in the microwave.
Serve* & Enjoy! 😊 yum!!
Chicken Alfredo! 🍜 🍗
Once I had the kids served up I added in my already cooked pasta to the pan with the rest of the broccoli and broth. Added in some shredded chicken and cream cheese, Parmesan, and spicy mayo. Added some pepper and BAM!💥 done! ✔️
Enjoy! 😉 😋
Kept the rest of the chicken I made to make taquitos with tomorrow and put the left over Alfredo (cause husband is at banquet) in a Tupperware for his lunch tomorrow! ❤️🤙🏻
