Jambalaya/Bean Dip Nachos!! 😋

Want to know a secret? 🤫

If you make vegetarian cowboy soup (on my page) and have left overs you can blend it up and it makes a bomb bean dip!

The Jambalaya on these nachos is left over from last night but let’s break it down!

How to:

In a pan sautéed rice with chicken bouillon and oil, when rice was brown, added 5 cups of water, can of diced tomatoes and chilis. In another pan minced garlic, onion, bell peppers, jalapeños, and kielbasa until cooked.

Add together once kielbasa is done with a thing of corn! 🌽

Yum! 😋

Stuck both of those on top of the chips/cheese and topped the whole thing with (cheater) salsa (also on my page!)
