Which dessert line comes to stroll around Dongmen neighborhood or Yongkang Street must not miss this shop ✨ is a small Japanese crepe shop, not many seats.
We tried to order Sea Salt Cream to try it 💕. This one costs 90 NTD. There will only be fresh cream and crepe powder (if anyone focuses on the machine tightly, other flavors may feel more rewarding), but this one has stars, haha.
Personally, I like it very much. The cream is very tender. It has a sweet, salty cut from the salt.
The dough is soft and crispy on the edges, and it matches the fresh cream.

เครปเย็นที่มีรสชาติหวานปนเค็มนี้ถือเป็นประสบการณ์ใหม่ที่น่าลองมาก โดยเฉพาะสำหรับคนที่เคยชอบเครปแบบหวานอย่างเดียวแล้วอาจรู้สึกเลี่ยนง่าย สำหรับเมนู Sea Salt Cream ที่มีส่วนผสมของครีมสดกับเกลือทะเลนั้น ถือว่าทำให้รสชาติถูกบาลานซ์ได้ดีอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ แป้งเครปที่ใช้มีความบางและนุ่ม แต่ก็ยังมีความกรอบที่ขอบ ทำให้ได้สัมผัสที่หลากหลายเวลาทาน ส่วนครีมที่ละลายในปากค่อนข้างนวลและกลมกล่อม ไม่หวานจนเกินไป ซ่อนความเค็มนิดๆ จากเกลือทะเลที่เพิ่มความนัว ทำให้รสชาติไม่เพียงแต่หวานลอย แต่มีมิติที่น่าสนใจ ร้านนี้ตั้งอยู่ใกล้สถานี MRT Dongmen ซึ่งทำให้เดินทางสะดวก และสิ่งที่อยากแนะนำอีกอย่างคือ การซื้อเครปแล้วเดินไปนั่งทานที่สวนสาธารณะใกล้เคียงในบรรยากาศลมเย็นๆ โดยเฉพาะช่วงหน้าหนาว จะยิ่งเพิ่มอรรถรสในการทานให้ฟินมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ที่ร้านยังมีรสชาติอื่นๆ ที่น่าลองเพื่อคนที่ชื่นชอบเครปรสเครื่องแน่นๆ ตอบโจทย์หลากหลายความชอบของคนรักขนมหวาน สำหรับใครที่กำลังวางแผนไปเที่ยวไทเปด้วยตัวเองแล้วอยากหาร้านของกินเล็กๆ ที่มีคนพูดถึงมากใน Google Maps รวมถึงรีวิวเยอะ ถือว่าร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์ดีมาก ด้วยรสชาติที่แปลกใหม่และบรรยากาศร้านที่อบอุ่นเหมือนนั่งทานของหวานที่บ้านตัวเอง
