-grabbing a cheap drink before hand can save you money especially if your paying an excessive amount on drink each week. Just ask for a ice cup instead

-a small protein snack to go with meal (under 5$) this just helps with extra food cravings and gives you extra protein intake if you like walnuts

-Tacos are cheap and affordable and will help you on your weight gain journey for less.
