Planning meals ahead and incorporating whole grains, fruits, and vegetables can satisfy cravings while maintaining a balanced diet. Additionally, paying attention to hydration is crucial, as dehydration can sometimes be mistaken for hunger. Satisfying your cravings in a healthy way not only fuels your body but also contributes to a positive mood.
