Your guide to get your life together for SUMMER๐ธ๐งบ
I absolutely LOVE doing seasonal resets. It gets me excited for the new season, helps me refocus on my goals, and gives me motivation to get my life together.
Here are some of the ways I am resetting my life for summer:
MOOD BOARD: I went on Pinterest and found some aesthetically pleasing pictures that also show my goals for the summer. For instance, I want to go to a water park so I added a picture, Iโm going to NYC so I added a picture of some girls in the city, Iโm turning 25 in June so I added a 25th birthday cake, and so on.
EXERCISE: I love starting off a new season by beginning a new fitness routine or challenge. There are so many free ones on YouTube - Caroline Girvanโs are my favorite (she doesnโt post anymore but her old ones are fire!!)
FRIDGE CLEANOUT: The start of a season is a great time to declutter and organize your home. I decided to go through my fridge, throw away anything thatโs expired, and wipe down the surfaces.
DECIDING WHATโS IMPORTANT: I love reviewing my goals and choosing to add things to my routine that are important to me. I recently added red light therapy to my routine and it is quickly becoming one of my favorite forms of selfcare.
