12 ways to DETOX YOUR LIFE

A life detox is like hitting the big reset button. I like to add some of these things into my monthly reset routine or into my week. A couple other categories and ideas are:

Health/physical detox:

- take a break from eating processed foods & sugar

- swap out sugary drinks for water

- aim for 8+ cups a day of water

- stretch daily

- try a new workout routine

- go on hot girl walks daily

Creative detox:

- take breaks from work

- try a new hobby

- create something (drawing, painting, knitting, etc)

Try one or two ideas from each category and see how you feel after <3
