A gym girlieās favorite protein shake!
As a gym girlie, Iām always open to trying new protein shake flavors to help me hit my goals. I compared 3 flavors today so you guys donāt have to š
1. First up was the Chips Ahoy whey protein! I love chocolate chip cookies so was very excited about this one, but the protein version was extremely sweet and tasted more creamy than chocolatey. Itās still not bad at all for a protein shake, but way too sweet unless you added more milk or water (which I donāt like to do because I get full easily). I give it a 3/5!
2. I then tried my friendās Gold Standard whey protein in the chocolate flavor, and this one is always a safe choice. Perfect for chocolate lovers who also donāt want this toooo sweet. This one is a safe 4/5! I could totally add this into my rotation.
3. Iāve always seem this Boba tea proteins online and didnāt know which flavor to try (some notable ones that stood out to me were matcha, Thai milk tea, and taro). I ended up getting taro and itās definitely earned its way to the top of my list of protein shakes. It almost doesnāt taste like protein at all and I actually do feel like Iām just drinking a regular milk tea! Iām not a huge taro fan but this flavor is great, itās less of the taro taste and more of a slightly sweetened taste. Easy 4/5 and probably my favorite protein powder drink!
