Taking a break from regular routines can be both refreshing and challenging. Editing vlog footage also became a therapeutic process, allowing me to reflect on my progress and stay motivated. Overall, these experiences underline that getting back into shape or routine after a pause is a gradual journey. Listening to your body, integrating calming self-care like diffusing essential oils, and celebrating small milestones, such as removing nail casts or completing Pilates sessions, all contribute to feeling balanced again.
