Labor prep…

I’m 36wks 3days

My Ob said I can start these as they only soften the cervix so don’t come at me.

The dates aren’t as bad by themselves as everyone says but they do taste a bit better with the ingredients I listed.

Raspberry tea is better cold but that’s my opinion. You don’t have to get the cranberry-pineapple but I did so I wouldn’t have to buy cranberry and then pineapple juice and then I add a good amount of lemon.

One popular method is consuming raspberry leaf tea, which is believed to help strengthen the uterus and shorten labor. It's common for women at 36 weeks of pregnancy to consider this option for its potential benefits. Additionally, incorporating pitted dates into your diet can provide essential nutrients and energy during this important time. Dates are known to be high in fiber and offer natural sugars that can help sustain energy levels. To enhance the flavor, many pregnant women enjoy dates with peanut butter or even chocolate chips, making a delightful snack that satisfies cravings. Moreover, hydration plays a crucial role in labor preparation. Mixing cranberry and pineapple juice with a squeeze of fresh lemon not only creates a refreshing drink but also provides Vitamins C and antioxidants that support overall health. Staying hydrated and informed about the various ways to prepare for labor can help expectant mothers feel more empowered and confident as they approach their delivery date. As always, consult with your healthcare provider before trying new remedies or making significant dietary changes.
