This year, the focus is on ensuring that seniors are not just academically prepared, but they are also equipped with emotional and practical support. Initiatives such as tailored career counseling and workshops provide essential resources that encourage a well-rounded approach to success. Moreover, fostering a community where faculty and students collaborate creates an environment of trust and mutual respect.
