Kids Art Display DIY!
Kids aren't display DIY! ✨
I started with a giant foam board, cut it down to fit 1 yard of fabric -hot glued it down.
then I made these little star push pins and added my kids
I used Velcro strips to put it on my wall.
It is super super light and easy to move/take down and I think I'm in love with it 💘
this is so much better than having all my kids art just on the counter or taped up randomly throughout the house
I love this pattern. I tound it at Hobby lobby.
I linked everything in my Linktree for you guys to re-create this 🕺🏻
Displaying kids' artwork can often be a challenge, especially when trying to keep your home organized and visually appealing. I recently tried a DIY kids art display similar to the one described here, and it has truly transformed my space. Using a foam board covered with fabric provides a versatile and creative canvas that brightens any room. One of the best parts of this project is how lightweight and portable it is, thanks to the foam board base and Velcro strips used to hang it. This makes it easy to move around to different rooms or take down for cleaning without damaging walls. Using star-shaped push pins not only secures the artwork well but also adds a fun decorative touch that kids love. I found that choosing fabric with playful or soothing patterns can enhance the overall look. Hobby Lobby and similar craft stores offer a wide range of fabric options perfect for this purpose. Additionally, layering Velcro on the back helps keep the board stable yet simple to detach. This DIY method is far superior to the traditional approach of taping artwork randomly on surfaces or counters, which can look cluttered and damage papers. It also encourages kids to feel proud seeing their creations beautifully displayed. For parents looking to replicate this, gathering supplies such as a 1-yard fabric piece, foam board, hot glue gun, Velcro strips, and decorative push pins is the way to start. Linking materials and step-by-step instructions often helps, and many creators share resources on platforms like Linktree. Overall, this kids art display DIY project is a practical, aesthetically pleasing solution to showcasing your children's artwork while keeping your home neat and stylish. It fosters creativity and organization in one simple craft activity.
