WHAT I’VE LEARNED AS A UC BERKELEY STUDENT
As my 1st semester wraps up with this finals week approaching I want to give out a few things I’ve learned about this semester for me here at Cal.
Things will be challenging in ways you never expected but this campus has so MANY resources it’s a disservice to yourself not to use them. So go out and be active in your campus. #berkeley #collegelife #ucberkeley #itstajro
As you navigate your journey at UC Berkeley, understanding the significance of a supportive community cannot be underestimated. Connecting with peers not only boosts morale but also provides a network of support when challenges arise. Being proactive and seeking help is crucial; don't hesitate to utilize office hours offered by professors, as they provide essential guidance and clarification on course material. Remember, speaking up in both classroom settings and outside discussions leads to deeper engagement and learning opportunities. Lastly, embrace the reality that failure is a part of growth. Use setbacks as learning experiences to foster resilience and adaptability throughout your academic journey. With these strategies, you'll be better equipped to handle the demands and excitement of campus life.
