How to STEP into Your GOD-Given PURPOSE? 🙌🏽

Hey everyone! We often talk about finding our God-given purpose, but sometimes the biggest hurdle isn't knowing what it is, but stepping into it when self-doubt creeps in. I've found that one of the sneakiest ways doubt holds us back is through self-focus. It's so easy for our minds to get caught up in worries about our own abilities, our perceived failures, or what others might think. So, in what ways can self-focus hinder your worship and service for God? When we're too focused on ourselves, we're essentially looking inward instead of upward or outward. This can manifest as anxiety before serving, constantly comparing our efforts to others, or even being afraid to step out in faith because we fear imperfection. This self-centered perspective can create a wall between us and God, making our worship feel hollow and our service feel forced rather than Spirit-led. Instead of joyfully giving, we might be seeking validation or fearing judgment, which really takes away from the true purpose of serving Him and others. It blocks the flow of God's power through us, keeping us from truly unlocking our potential. To really unlock that divine calling, we need to shift our focus. It's about remembering that our purpose isn't about us being perfect, but about God working through us. This journey toward fulfilling our purpose is a marathon, not a sprint. Just like achieving any meaningful goal, it requires persistence and preparation – not just on our part, but recognizing God's preparation in us. He has already equipped us with gifts, talents, and experiences uniquely suited for His plans. Our part is to continuously lean into Him, trusting that He will guide our steps. Daily persistence looks like choosing faith over fear, even when the path isn't clear. It means preparing our hearts through prayer and scripture, allowing His Word to nourish and direct us. It's about taking that one small step today, even if it feels insignificant. Remember, God doesn't call the equipped; He equips the called. So, my dear SISTER IN CHRIST, don't let the weight of self-focus or the whispers of doubt keep you from the amazing PURPOSE He has for you. Keep showing up, keep praying, and keep trusting.
