For now, the beloved app won’t be going dark. The Biden Administration has decided not to enforce the ban on TikTok but pass all decisions to be made down to the incoming administration. Trump takes office on January 20th, one day after the ban is to take effect.
If you recall during a press conference, when Trump was asked about the ban he said he has a warm spot in his heart for TikTok. Don’t we all?
This platform has changed lives. We’ve connected, laughed, cried, fussed with one another but it’s all love at the end of the day. Because of TikTok there are millions of people who run successful businesses on the platform. Content creators who are in the rewards program are making hundreds, if not thousands each month in income.
Trump is a businessman. He’s not a politician. Trump has an eye for business and what it can do for the economy and taking away TikTok will take away the income of the families and businesses owners who depend on that monthly income. I believe Trump’s warm spot for TikTok will save the app from going dark.
