All my life, I’ve been a plus-size girl. I’ve experienced endless dieting and constant fluctuations on the scale, with my weight going up and down significantly. PCOS has played a major role in this journey. At one point, I even tried some cosmetic tweaks, thinking they would make me happy. However, I’ve come to realize that cosmetic or plastic surgery isn’t the same as weight loss surgery—the work still has to be put in. I’m still committed to my gym journey, and one day, I will reach 190 pounds!
