Recipe for Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Steak:

Ingredients

• 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks (or any preferred cut)

• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

• 2 tbsp butter

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra spice)

• 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

• Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Garnishes:

• Fresh parsley, chopped

• Red pepper flakes

I made it and it turned out good for the most part (ignore I overcooked the shrimp) but the grated parm cheese added a grainy texture that wasn’t great do you have any suggestions like maybe shredded cheese or maybe I just needed to shake the Parmesan cheese as it was balled up
