... Read moreAs November rolls in, many of us are torn between the cozy autumn vibes and the festive spirit of Christmas. While Thanksgiving holds its place, anticipation for the holiday season often bubbles up as soon as the calendar hits November. To find that perfect balance between celebrating Thanksgiving and preparing for the Christmas festivities, it's helpful to plan ahead. Some choose to fully embrace the Christmas spirit by starting their decorations early—after all, it’s about creating a joyful atmosphere. Others prefer to wait until Thanksgiving is over to honor the holiday and its traditions. If you're someone who loves to decorate for Christmas, consider starting with smaller touches, such as festive candles or themed cushions, which can seamlessly transition your home into a holiday haven. Additionally, you'll find that social media is brimming with creative ideas for DIY decorations, making it easier to express your holiday spirit. Also, engaging with your community during this time can be a great way to share ideas. Look for online forums or local events where people gather to discuss their holiday plans and decorations. Remember, whatever your approach to the holiday season, the goal is to celebrate warmth, joy, and togetherness. Happy decorating!

Ugh same! I wish I could switch to Christmas instantly but we still have Thanksgiving. My husband also doesn’t love decorating for Christmas early since we don’t get our Christmas tree until November 30th🤷🏼‍♀️
