When I revised my own resume, I realized I had overlooked mentioning situations where I led projects or mentored team members. By framing these experiences as leadership moments—no matter your job title—I made my resume resonate with hiring managers who look for proactive and capable candidates. I also recommend using action verbs like "led," "improved," "trained," and "solved" to underscore your contributions. Another tip is to quantify your impact whenever possible, such as specifying how many people you trained or the percentage by which you improved a process. This adds credibility and context to your claims. Lastly, don't hesitate to seek professional help or a resume audit if you're unsure about how to present your experience best. Small changes in wording can boost your confidence and significantly improve your chances of landing an interview.
