I place mine near a north-facing window where it receives plenty of diffused sunlight but is protected from harsh direct rays that can scorch its leaves. The humidity level in my home is maintained by occasional misting and using a nearby humidifier, which the Anthurium seems to appreciate. Watering is crucial; I water mine when the top inch of soil feels dry, ensuring the pot has proper drainage to avoid waterlogging. Over the last few weeks since bringing mine home, I’ve noticed new growth and vibrant color, which is rewarding. You Don’t See This Anthurium Color at Big Box Stor

I found the most unexpected purple anthurium at a local plant nursery and I had to stop. You almost never see this color at big box stores like Home Depot. Most people think anthuriums only come in red but they also come in pink, white, green, and even deep purple tones. They’re beginner friendly
