OPINIONS NEEDED! 🖤
So I am a seller on Pangobooks. Whenever I list a book I will check Amazon/walmart/other sellers to make sure that whatever I price it as will come in lower after shipping. That being said, do y’all think I charge too much? Honestly. I want opinions that way I can better myself as a seller. ALSO, all of my books are in “Good” all the way to “New” condition. Anything lower than “good” I donate to local Free Little Libraries near me. 🖤📚
As an online book seller, it's essential to be aware of various pricing strategies that can help enhance your sales and customer satisfaction. Firstly, consider researching the prices of similar books across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and local bookstores. This helps you set competitive prices while ensuring your earnings. Secondly, don’t forget to factor in shipping costs when pricing your books; this is often what customers consider when comparing prices. Offering discounts on bundles or multiple purchases can attract more buyers as well. Use social media and platforms like Lemon8 to create engaging posts that showcase your inventory, making it easy for potential buyers to see what you offer. Additionally, joining book-selling communities or forums can provide you with valuable insights and tips from more experienced sellers. Engaging in discussions about pricing, sales strategies, and market trends can also refine your approach. Lastly, keep your inventory up to date by listing new arrivals and notifying past customers about changes in your pricing or promotions. This builds trust and encourages repeat business. Remember, your goal is not only to sell books but to create a pleasant buying experience that leads to positive reviews and recommendations.
