One of my favorite go-to drinks during those middle-of-the-night feedings includes a delightful mix of coconut water, pineapple juice, and a splash of cranberry for a bit of tartness. What makes this drink special is that it not only tastes amazing but also replenishes lost electrolytes, helping to keep energy levels up. I love using Vita Coco pineapple-flavored coconut water because it’s natural and packed with vitamins and minerals. Adding heavy whipping cream in a small amount makes the drink creamy and satisfying without being heavy. For sweetness and an extra depth of flavor, a hint of vanilla extract and some fresh strawberries or mixed berries work beautifully. The frozen berries help chill the drink and add antioxidants to the mix. This beverage is quick to prepare—just combine the ingredients based on how you feel, using more coconut water if you want it lighter or more cream if you prefer richness. The combination boosts hydration and nutrient intake, which is vital during breastfeeding when your body has extra nutritional demands. I find this drink a perfect pick-me-up during early mornings or late-night feeds, giving me a tasty way to stay nourished without resorting to sugary drinks. It’s a simple ritual that brings comfort and energy during a challenging time. If you want to try making this yourself, start with 1 cup of pineapple coconut water, 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream, a splash of cranberry juice, half a cup of mixed berries, and a few drops of vanilla extract—blend and enjoy! Remember, personalized hydration is key, and listening to your body’s needs makes all the difference. This drink is great not just for breastfeeding moms but for anyone needing a refreshing, nutritious boost.

Does this help increase your milk supply? With my son I was able to breastfeed and pump! I had an over supply, with my daughter I can’t! I just breastfeed but I’d like to build that supply so that I can pump and have milk stored too. I feel like I try everything and nothing. I know I’m not dehydrated because I drink plenty of water literally all I drink really
