My makeups been getting way better!
I’ve started using a few new products that have made my makeup look 100000x better!
1. I prime using the e.l.f power grip
2. I color correct using a deep orange concealer
3. I conceal with maybelline age rewind 😍
4. I *lightly* spray my face between steps with any facial mist
5. I *gently* blend with a concealer brush followed by a beauty blender
6. I SET MY UNDEREYES WITH THE HUDA BEAUTY CHERRY BLOSSOM POWDER ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
7. I forgot to add it as number 1 but I always use my e.l.f halo glow as foundation
There are other things I do that are more for my aesthetic, like my ride or die urban decay glitter. But those are the main changes that have taken my makeup up a notch recently.
Building on my recent makeup routine that's made such a difference, I wanted to dive a bit deeper into making your look last longer and some easy ways to add dimension! One of the biggest game-changers for me has been understanding how to make my makeup last all day, especially after perfecting my base with products like the e.l.f. Power Grip primer and setting with Huda Beauty Cherry Blossom powder. A good primer creates a smooth canvas, while strategically setting your under-eyes and T-zone locks everything in. I've also found that light layers are key – instead of piling on one thick layer, building up thin applications of concealer and foundation helps prevent creasing and caking, making your base look more natural and stay put for hours. And that little trick of misting between steps? It truly helps products melt into the skin for a seamless, layerable finish! Since we're talking about taking our makeup up a notch, let's chat about adding some gentle dimension. While I'm not doing full-on advanced contouring every day, a little bronzer or a subtle contour stick can truly elevate your look. After my base is done, I love using an affordable cream bronzer (many 'playful' brands have great options!) to warm up my complexion and define my cheekbones. I apply it just under my cheekbones, on my temples, and lightly along my jawline, blending it out really well. This step works beautifully with the flawless base we've created, making any eye look – like that fun Purple & Pink Makeup Look – truly pop! It's amazing how many high-performing products are available at great value. Brands like e.l.f. and Maybelline are fantastic examples of 'playful' yet 'professional' quality for everyday use. For instance, the Maybelline Age Rewind concealer and e.l.f. Halo Glow are staples in my routine, offering excellent coverage and a radiant finish without breaking the bank. And then there are iconic 'professional' products like the Huda Beauty Cherry Blossom powder, which, while a bit of an investment, truly performs like magic for setting. It's all about finding that balance of products that work for your skin and budget, helping you build a versatile and long-lasting makeup kit. Speaking of face powders, the Huda Beauty Cherry Blossom powder is fantastic for brightening and setting the under-eye area. But there are so many other ways to use powders to perfect your look! A translucent setting powder can be lightly dusted all over the face to absorb excess oil and create a matte finish, or you can use a pressed powder for touch-ups throughout the day. Some powders even offer a subtle glow or provide a bit of extra coverage. Experimenting with where and how you apply powder can seriously impact your final look, helping to ensure your makeup looks fresh and flawless, ready to complement any vibrant eye makeup, even a bold purple and pink creation!

SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
