Another idea is to get creative with sandwiches: using whole-grain bread and filling it with a variety of healthy options like lean turkey, cheese, veggies, or even a classic peanut butter and banana combo. You can also include fun sides such as colorful veggie sticks with a delicious dip or seasonal fruits to make the lunchbox both vibrant and nutritious. It’s also helpful to involve kids in the lunch-packing process. When they choose their favorite healthy ingredients, they tend to enjoy their lunches more. Plus, using cute, themed lunch containers or adding little notes can really enhance their mealtime experience.
