I tried the ✨viral ✨ gut health drink posted by Savv but with a little twist instead of using the ocean unsweetened juice I went with regular pure cranberry juice (I love it and don’t mind the bitterness). And it was SO good and refreshing as I was expecting. If you don’t mind STRONG flavors you’ll like it for sure.
I did what she recommended which was:
- 3 oz of cranberry
- 3 oz of pineapple
- 1 Tbsp of ACV
my recommendation is to adjust the portions ESPECIALLY with the ACV because if you are not used to it it’s going to upset your stomach. AND I don’t think I’ll drink it with an empty stomach either. Overall really good!
